This is an authentic apothecary bottle from Merck, dating back to the early 20th century. It held Homatropine Hydrobromide, a substance potent enough to earn the stark red ‘POISON’ warning on its label. The amber glass is sound, and the original label is beautifully aged, showing its journey through time. Its original cork and paper seal are still mostly intact, a rare sight.
